Myth or Magic?!

The legends passed down through the ages have often intrigued me… stories about the various Gods and Goddesses from different cultures.  I’ve recently had the joy of getting to know the Goddess Gaia better while creating a mixed media project with her essence. Though the stories may be myth, the creative process has been magic! <3 🙂

I’m delighted to be a guest artist guide in a brand new e-course called Mixed-Media Mythology hosted by Sarah Leonard, a lovely artist in England.  The Goddess Gaia project is my contribution to the course!  I’m really looking forward to getting to know the other Goddesses when the course starts as I follow along with the participants. 🙂  The other contributing artists each bring their own magic to their projects and it is a blessing to be in such fabulous company!

What is Mixed Media Mythology all about?

Mixed Media Mythology is an 8 part course, and a magical journey through the strengths and graces of a series of mythological characters. We will use these Goddesses as a wonderful way to celebrate our own inner goddess selves.

We will connect with these myths and deities while bringing them to life – in art journals, on canvas and on vintage papers.

We will be learning about a whole range of 8 Goddesses from ancient mythology and learning more about their strengths and stories. We will use this inspiration to help us connect with our own strengths, our own inner magic. <3

This is going to be a wonderful journey of discovery, taking you through a gorgeous series of artistic ideas whilst exploring the mythological and the magical at the same time. We’d love to have you join us on this journey.
